2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

2.1 Statistics about Visitors to www.ohpops.dk

We automatically measure how visitors to www.ohpops.dk use our website. We do this to gain insights into the number of visitors we have and how the site is used. This information is used to make decisions about changes and improvements to the website to provide a good user experience.

We use an anonymized setup of Google Analytics to collect data and statistics about the use of www.ohpop.dk. This means that we do not measure or store any personal data, including IP addresses and geolocation.

In connection with the purchase of products on www.ohpops.dk, we collect the following personal information from the buyer:

Ohpops! Functional Foods A/S uses ePay/Bambora and Nets/Teller for payment processing with payment and credit cards. We do not store information about payment methods ourselves, including card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar.

2.3 Newsletters

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address to deliver the newsletter to you. Our purpose for this is to keep you informed about general news and to send you marketing of our own products and services.

We process your personal information for the purpose of sending newsletters based on our legitimate interest in marketing ourselves in accordance with the data protection regulation's Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f. However, we only send newsletters via direct marketing based on your active prior consent in accordance with the Marketing Act § 10, paragraph 1.

 

3. Storage of Personal Data

We store your personal information for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected. After that, it will be deleted.

Information related to the purchase of our products is stored on our server for reference so that we can assist the customer with the creation of any return labels or other customer service related to past and/or future purchases on www.ohpops.dk.

When a user completes a purchase on www.ohpops.dk, a copy of the order is sent to our email at hello@ohpops.dk. We do this to ensure that we are notified of the order and to facilitate processing. These emails are deleted as soon as the items are shipped and the order is processed.

4. Cookies

When you visit www.ohpops.dk, we use cookies to enhance your user experience. We use cookies for the following purposes:

• To collect anonymous statistics about the use of our website using Google Analytics (see section 2.1).
• To enable useful site features such as remembering the contents of the shopping cart.
